Installation of ventilation ducts to north elevation at first floor. (Retrospective)

The ventilation ducts installed are operating from 07:00 to 21:00 hrs and therefore are constantly noisy for neighbours that live close to the ducts. I have visited residents’ homes that are close to the site and have personally experienced the noise from the ducts which is detrimental to resident’s amenity (quality of life and ability to enjoy their garden).

It is unacceptable that these extractors can be added without consultation with neighbours, planning permission and due consideration of appropriate siting in order to limit disturbance.
